How it works
- In the app, open Video → New walkthrough video and pick the listing.
- Choose the room and record a horizontal clip, walking slowly.
- Repeat for each room and tap Create walkthrough video.
- The server stabilizes, labels and joins the clips, with opening and closing cards.
- Get the horizontal and vertical versions from the portal.
Multilistado's property walkthrough video turns short clips from your phone into a video ready for your listing and your social accounts. Record one clip per room, and the server stabilizes it, labels each room, joins the clips with transitions, and adds an opening card with the property details and a closing card with your name and phone number. It's free for agents with a verified license.

How it works on iPhone
- In the Multilistado México Agentes app, open the Video tab → New walkthrough video and pick the listing.
- Choose the room you're about to record.
- Record: hold the iPhone sideways, walk slowly and turn gently. One clip per room. The app uses the strongest stabilization your iPhone supports.
- Repeat for each room and tap Create walkthrough video. You get an instant preview on the phone.
- The server renders the final video with a second stabilization pass, and you'll find it in the portal.
Clips upload in the background: close the app or lose signal and the upload resumes once you're back online.
Or from the web portal
If you shot the clips on another phone, Android included, open the listing in the portal and create a Walkthrough video by uploading the clips (up to 20 per video). There you can also turn stabilization on or off and pick a playback speed (1×, 1.25×, 1.5× or 2×) before creating the video.

Shooting tips
- Turn on every light and open the curtains. Avoid shooting straight into a bright window.
- Start at the front door and follow the natural flow of the house.
- Walk slower than feels natural. Fast turns look bad even after stabilization.
- Keep clips short. The app lets you record up to 3 minutes per clip, but the final video uses the first 45 seconds of each one. 20 to 40 seconds per room is usually enough, and it saves space on your iPhone.
- Watch what's in frame. Put away family photos, documents, license plates and valuables, and get the owner's permission.
- Practice first. The Video tab has Practice recording: practice clips aren't uploaded.

- To record in the app: an iPhone with iOS 17 or later and the Multilistado México Agentes app. To upload through the portal: clips from any phone.
