Live counts as of September 29, 2026. We launched in 2026 and are onboarding Baja California agents now — these numbers are small and real.
Licensed agents only
Mexico licenses real-estate agents state by state. Every agent on Multilistado is matched to their entry in the official registry of their state (Baja California REAPI, BCS, Sinaloa, Jalisco, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Tabasco), and anyone can look an agent up for free.

Commissions with evidence
Cooperating agents sign co-broke agreements inside the system: the buyer they registered, the split (percentage or fixed), the protection period and how it gets paid. Each agreement is signed with a one-time code, hashed and time-stamped (RFC 3161), and anyone can verify it by its public code.
In Mexico the sale is closed before a notario público; we show agents how to ask the notario to pay commissions at signing. Guide
Buyer identity verification
Buyers can verify their identity (government ID + live selfie match) before touring or making offers, so Mexican agents can take US referrals seriously and fraud gets harder on both sides.

Ways to work together
Reciprocal data share
Your members see Baja inventory in their MLS search; our agents see your listings for their Mexican clients buying in the US. Display rules and attribution per your MLS policy.
Cross-border referrals
A US agent refers a buyer to a licensed Mexican agent (and vice versa) under a written referral agreement, with the fee paid broker-to-broker as each jurisdiction allows.
Baja listings in your MLS / IDX
A standards-based inbound feed of active Baja listings (RESO Web API) that your MLS or IDX vendor can ingest into an "International" area.
Co-marketing & education
Joint webinars and CE-style sessions for your members: fideicomiso, notario, closing costs, avoiding presale fraud, verifying a Mexican license.
Nothing on this page is an offer of compensation. Referral fees are only paid under a written agreement between licensed brokers and where the laws of both jurisdictions permit it. US fair-housing law does not govern property located in Mexico, but we expect partners and our agents to treat every client without discrimination.
