- Choose the language for images and captions.
- Tap "Share" and pick Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp.
- Paste the caption and use that network's tracked link.

Multilistado's social media kit gives you, for every listing, everything you need to post it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp: branded images in the right sizes, a carousel, a vertical video, captions with hashtags and tracked links that show how many clicks and leads came from each network. Open it from the listing with "Post to social media." It's free.
What's included
- Branded images in three formats: square (Instagram and Facebook), vertical 4:5 (best for the Instagram feed) and story or Reel cover (Instagram and Facebook stories, WhatsApp Status).
- A carousel of several images, with instructions to post them in order.
- A vertical video of 15 to 30 seconds with your photos in gentle motion, transitions, price, location and key facts, ending with your name, WhatsApp and a QR code. You can include clips from your walkthrough video. The audio track is silent so you can add music from the Instagram or TikTok library.
- Captions for each network, within their limits: Instagram (2,200 characters and 5 hashtags), TikTok, Facebook and a WhatsApp message. If you used the AI listing description, the kit uses that text.
- Tracked links, one per network, that open the listing on your website (or on Multilistado). Leads that come through them go to you.
- Results by network: total clicks, clicks in the last 30 days, leads and last click. Bots and link previews aren't counted.
- Spanish or English for images and captions.
How it works
- Open a listing in the portal and click "Post to social media."
- Choose the language.
- On your phone, tap "Share" on the image, carousel or video: your phone's share menu opens with the file ready for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or WhatsApp. That network's caption is copied for you so you just paste it.
- Or download the files and upload them from your computer.
- Use each network's tracked link: on Facebook and WhatsApp it goes in the caption; on Instagram and TikTok put it in your bio or in a story with the "Link" sticker, since links in captions aren't clickable there.
- Check results on the same page. Leads show up in your list with the source "social:instagram," "social:facebook," and so on.
Multilistado doesn't post to your accounts for you: you share from your phone.
Other agents' listings
You can also build a kit for listings other agents published on the MLS. In that case the images and captions say "Listed by" with the listing agent's name, and leads from your links come to you, just like on your website. Before promoting it, sign a co-broke commission agreement. Some listings aren't available to other agents, for example ones the owner asked to show only on their own agent's site.

Requirements
- A verified Multilistado account (sign up).
- The listing needs photos to generate images and video. If it isn't published, the links show "not available" until you publish it.
Tips
- Before building the kit, run your photos through photo enhancement; the kit uses the same photos.
- If you change the price, photos or details, regenerate the video: the kit tells you when it's out of date.
- Use a different link on each network so you can compare results.
- If you have a Multilistado website, the links point there and build your brand.
