How it works
- In the app, open 3D Tour and tap Start 3D tour.
- Choose a mode: iPhone only or 360 camera.
- Capture one 360° spot in each room.
- Tap Create the tour: the server stitches the photos and adds arrows.
- Adjust names, starting point and arrows in the portal.
Multilistado's 3D virtual tour is a walkable tour built from 360° photos. Buyers open your listing on their phone or computer, look around each room and move from one room to the next with arrows. You make it for free with the Multilistado México Agentes app, using just your iPhone or a 360 camera such as a Ricoh Theta or Insta360, and the server assembles the tour and publishes it on your listing.
Two ways to capture
iPhone only, no extra gear
Stand in the middle of each room, tap Capture 360 here and turn slowly, following the dots on screen. The app takes the shots by itself whenever the iPhone is lined up and steady (about 30 per spot) and warns you if you drift from where you started. Do one spot per room, plus one every 3 to 4 meters in long hallways. It works on any iPhone with iOS 17.
With a 360 camera, for the best quality
Put the camera on a tripod at eye level (about 1.5 m). At each spot, hold the iPhone next to the camera, facing the same way as the camera's front lens, and tap Mark spot here so the app knows where each photo was taken. Then take the 360 photo one of two ways:
- From the Multilistado app: join the camera's Wi-Fi, tap Find camera, and each spot fires the camera without leaving the app. This works with Ricoh Theta and with Insta360 models that support Wi-Fi control (the OSC standard).
- With your camera's own app: works with any 360 camera. Export the photos to the iPhone's Photos app and tap Import 360 photos; the app matches each photo to its spot by the time it was taken, and you double-check.
Photos must be 2:1 (equirectangular) panoramas; the app skips anything else.
What buyers see
- A 360° view of each room they can drag around with a finger or mouse.
- Arrows to walk between spots.
- If you scanned the home for a LiDAR floor plan, a minimap showing where they're standing and a 3D view of the house.
How it works
- 3D Tour tab → Start 3D tour, then pick the listing. If your iPhone has LiDAR, it suggests scanning first.
- Choose a mode: iPhone only or 360 camera.
- Capture one spot per room.
- Tap Create the tour. The server stitches the photos, places the arrows and, if there's a scan, adds the minimap and 3D view.
- Fine-tune it in the portal: in Edit 360° tour you can rename spots, change the starting point and adjust arrow directions. Without a LiDAR scan, that's also where you place the spots on the plan.
Already have 360° photos on your computer? In the web portal you can also build a tour by uploading one 360° photo per room; the tour is assembled in order, and then you set the arrows, starting view and a floor plan.
Why it helps you sell or rent
- Better-qualified showings. Buyers walk the home before they call. Whoever books a showing already knows what they'll see.
- Out-of-town buyers. Someone in another city or across the border can get to know the property without traveling for a first look.
- Fewer showings with strangers. Together with buyer identity verification, a good tour cuts down on appointments that go nowhere.
- No tour-hosting fees. The tour lives on your Multilistado listing, with no per-tour charge.
Practice without publishing
The 3D Tour tab has a Practice mode: capture one spot and see the result in 360°. Practice runs are private and deleted from the server after 7 days.
Privacy
Blur faces automatically is on by default and blurs faces on the iPhone before upload. Before you shoot, put away family photos, documents and valuables, step out of the frame or use the timer, and get the owner's permission.
Requirements
- An agent account with a verified license (sign up free).
- An iPhone with iOS 17 or later and the Multilistado México Agentes app.
- Optional: a 360 camera and tripod. For an automatic minimap, an iPhone Pro with LiDAR.
Detailed steps, plus fixes for common problems, are in the agents app guide.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a 360 camera?
No. iPhone-only mode works on any iPhone with iOS 17. A 360 camera on a tripod gives better quality.
Which 360 cameras work?
Ricoh Theta and Insta360 models with Wi-Fi control (OSC) can be fired from the app. With any other 360 camera, export 2:1 photos to Photos and import them.
How do I get the minimap?
Scan the home with LiDAR before the tour (iPhone 12 Pro or newer Pro). Spots land on the plan automatically and the listing shows a minimap and 3D view.
Can I practice without publishing?
Yes. Practice mode captures one spot and shows it in 360°; it's private and deleted from the server after 7 days.
Will people's faces show up?
Blur faces automatically is on by default and blurs faces on the iPhone before upload.
