Enhance your listing photos with one tap

Fix white balance, light, contrast and sharpness in your listing photos without adding or removing anything. Applied in place, undo anytime. Free for agents.

Updated

How it works

  1. In the portal, open your listing and go to Photos.
  2. Tap ✨ on the photo you want to fix.
  3. The photo is replaced in place by the enhanced version.
  4. If you don't like it, tap ↺ to restore the original.

Multilistado's ✨ Enhance button lets you improve your listing photos with one tap. It corrects white balance, light levels, local contrast and sharpness without adding or removing anything from the picture. It's an honest edit, the kind a photographer would do on a computer, applied to the photo you already uploaded. If you don't like the result, undo it with ↺ and the original comes back. It's free for agents with a verified license.

What it corrects

  • White balance. Gently removes the yellow or blue cast left by warm bulbs or shade.
  • Levels. Adjusts the tonal range so blacks don't look washed out and whites don't look gray.
  • Brightness. Lifts a dark photo a little. Listing photos look best slightly bright.
  • Color. A touch more saturation, without drifting into fake colors.
  • Local contrast. Brings back detail in flat areas, like a shaded wall or a backlit floor.
  • Sharpness. Light sharpening so textures read clearly.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't add a blue sky, green up the lawn, erase cables, stains or objects, straighten walls or change the framing. The photo shows exactly the same property, just better exposed. If you want to show an empty room furnished, use AI virtual staging, which adds a separate photo labeled as staged.

How it works

  1. Log in to the portal, open your listing and go to Photos.
  2. On the photo you want to fix, tap ✨.
  3. Within seconds it's replaced by the enhanced version, marked with an "enhanced" badge. If it was your cover photo, the cover updates too.
  4. Not happy with it? Tap ↺ (undo) to bring back the original.

The edit happens in place: it doesn't duplicate photos or shuffle your gallery. The original is kept so you can undo at any time.

Why it helps you sell or rent

  • First impressions. In a page of search results, a dark or yellowish photo is easy to scroll past; a clean, bright one invites a click.
  • A consistent gallery. Photos shot at different times of day or under different light look more uniform once corrected.
  • No misleading buyers. Since nothing is added or removed, what buyers see in the photo is what they'll find at the showing.
  • No editing software. You don't have to run photos through another app before uploading.

Tips

  • Better source photos, better results. Turn on the lights, open the curtains and keep the camera level. The correction helps, but it won't rescue a blurry or out-of-focus shot.
  • Start with the cover. It's the photo people see most on maps and in search results.
  • Stage first, then enhance. The stage button only appears on unprocessed photos. Stage the original, then enhance whichever photos need it.
  • Not every photo needs it. If a shot already looks good, leave it alone.
  • Upload from your iPhone. The free agents app uploads up to 40 photos at a time, and you can enhance them from the Portal tab.

Requirements

  • A Multilistado agent account with a verified license (sign up free).
  • Photos already uploaded to your listing, from the web portal or the app.

Frequently asked questions

Does enhancing change anything in the property?

No. It only corrects white balance, levels, brightness, color, local contrast and sharpness; it doesn't add or remove anything.

Can I go back to the original?

Yes. The original is kept, and ↺ restores it whenever you want.

Does it create a new photo?

No. The enhanced version replaces the photo in the same spot in your gallery; if it was the cover, the cover updates.

Does it cost anything?

No, it's free for agents with a verified license on Multilistado.
