Agents app guide: photos, video, LiDAR floor plan and 3D tour

The Multilistado México Agentes app is free for license-verified agents. With your iPhone, right at the property, you do what used to take a photographer, a draftsman and a paid tour platform: photos, walkthrough video, LiDAR floor plan and 3D virtual tour. Everything uploads in the background to your listing on multilistado.mx.

Before you start

To sign in: open the app and tap Sign in. The Multilistado sign-in page opens; use your email and password (or a code) and tap Authorize this iPhone. The app has 5 tabs: Home, Scan, Video, 3D Tour and Portal (the full multilistado.mx portal).

Choose the listing: in each tab tap Choose the listing and search by title, city or ID. If it does not exist yet, create a New listing (draft) and finish it later in the portal.

1. Photos

1. In Home tap Upload photos straight to your listings.
2. Tap Choose from Photos (up to 40 at a time) or Take photo.
3. They are optimized and uploaded in the background, even if you close the app or lose signal.
4. In the Portal, reorder them and pick the cover.

2. Walkthrough video

A stabilized video of the home, room by room, for your listing and social media.

1. Video tab → New walkthrough video and choose the listing.
2. 1. Choose the room (living room, kitchen, bedroom…).
3. 2. Record: hold the iPhone horizontally, walk slowly and turn smoothly. One clip per room, up to 3 minutes.
4. Repeat for each room and tap 3. Create the video → Create walkthrough video. You get an instant preview; the server builds the final video and you find it in the portal.

Tips: turn on every light and open the curtains; start at the entrance; avoid shooting straight into bright windows. First time? Use Practice recording: the clip is not uploaded.

3. LiDAR floor plan (iPhone Pro)

1. Scan tab → Start scan and choose the listing.
2. Walk through each room pointing at walls, doors and windows until they are outlined. You can scan several rooms in one session.
3. When you finish, the app calculates the interior m²; tap Use as built area to put them in your listing.
4. The server draws the floor plan with measurements and the 3D model, which appear on your listing (and in View in AR).

Tip: scan before shooting the 3D tour: the tour spots then place themselves on the floor plan and your listing gets a minimap and 3D view.

4. 3D virtual tour

A walkable tour made of 360° photos: buyers "walk" through the home from their phone. 3D Tour tab → Start 3D tour. If your iPhone has LiDAR, it suggests Scan with LiDAR first (recommended).

Under 1. Choose how you will capture there are two modes:

"iPhone only" mode (no extra gear)

1. Stand in the middle of the room and tap Capture 360 here.
2. Stay in place and turn slowly following the dots on screen: the app takes the photos by itself when the iPhone is aligned and steady (about 30 per spot).
3. If you move, the app warns you ("You moved… go back to where you started"). When it says you can finish, go to the next spot.
4. Take one spot per room (and one every 3–4 m in long hallways).
5. Tap 3. Create the tour. The server stitches the photos, adds arrows to walk between spots and, if there is a LiDAR scan, the minimap and 3D view.

"360 camera" mode (Insta360, Ricoh Theta…)

The best quality. Put the camera on a tripod at eye level (about 1.5 m).

1. Choose 360 camera and tap Start 3D tour.
2. At each spot, set up the tripod, hold the iPhone next to the camera, pointing where the camera's front lens faces, and tap Mark spot here. That tells the app where each photo was taken.
3. Take the 360 photo in one of two ways:

• From our app: join the camera's Wi-Fi on the iPhone and tap Find camera. Once found, each spot fires the camera without leaving Multilistado. Works with Ricoh Theta and with Insta360 models that offer Wi-Fi control (OSC standard).
• With your camera's own app (works with any 360 camera): shoot with the Insta360 or Theta app, export the 360 photos to the iPhone's Photos, then tap Import 360 photos in our app. It assigns each photo to its spot by capture time; review and correct if needed.

1. Step out of the shot (so you are not in the photo) or use the timer.
2. Tap 3. Create the tour.

Important for 360 photos: they must be 2:1 panoramas (equirectangular); the app skips any that are not. In the Insta360 app, export as a "360 photo" (not "reframe" or "tiny planet").

Adjusting the tour

In the Portal → your listing → Video y 360° → the tour → Editar tour 360°: rename spots, set the starting spot and the direction of the arrows. Without a LiDAR scan, this is where you place the spots on the floor plan.

Practice without publishing

Tap Practice mode in the 3D Tour tab: capture one spot and see the result in 360°. Practice is private and deleted from the server after 7 days.

Privacy and safety

• Faces: with Blur faces automatically (on by default), faces are blurred on the iPhone before upload.
• Before shooting, remove family photos, documents, screens showing data and valuables.
• Get the owner's permission to photograph and publish.
