- Enter your name, tagline, logo and colors.
- Choose one of the 8 designs and your page sections.
- Decide whether to show the whole MLS or only your listings.
- Publish on your free subdomain and, if you like, connect your own domain.
Multilistado gives you a free, branded real-estate agent website for you or your brokerage. Pick a design, upload your logo and your MLS listings show up on their own, with search, map, contact form and a WhatsApp button. Publish on a free Multilistado address or on your own domain.
What's included
- 8 complete designs, not just color swaps: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Luxury, Coastal, Urban, Editorial and Warm. Each changes the cover, card style and typography. See them live in the design gallery.
- Your brand: name, tagline, logo, primary and accent colors, cover image and light or dark mode.
- Sections you turn on or off: featured, listings, map, about, team (for brokerages), client reviews and contact.
- Listings publish themselves. What you post to the MLS appears on your site, each with its own page.
- A contact form on every listing plus a WhatsApp button. Leads go to your email and to your lead inbox in the portal.
- Live preview while you set it up, on desktop and mobile.
"Show the whole MLS" on your site
In "My site" there's a checkbox: "Show the whole MLS on my site." It's on by default. With it, your site offers the inventory of every licensed agent on Multilistado and leads on those listings come to you. Turn it off and your site shows only your own listings.
A few exceptions: an owner can ask that their property not appear on other agents' sites, and listings imported under another MLS's license only show if that license allows it. Before promoting another agent's listing, sign a co-broke commission agreement.
Your address: free subdomain or your own domain
- Free:
yourname.multilistado.mx. You choose the name in the setup wizard. - Your own domain: for example
www.yourbrokerage.com. You buy it in your name at a registrar and connect it one of two ways: point the nameservers to Multilistado (recommended; it also lets you have email on your domain) or add an A record plus a TXT record that proves the domain is yours. We set up the security certificate (https).
The only cost is the domain at your registrar, if you choose to use one.
SEO and AI assistants
- Your own sitemap at
/sitemap.xmlwith your pages and listings. - Structured data (JSON-LD) on the site and on every listing, so search engines understand price, location and property type.
- llms.txt: a plain-text version of your site (who you are, contact, listings and search) meant for assistants like ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
How to build your site
- Sign in to the portal and open the "Build your website" wizard. It has four steps.
- Brand: name, tagline, logo and colors.
- Design: pick one of the 8 designs and, if you like, a cover image.
- Content: sections, cover headline, "About us" text and the "Show the whole MLS" checkbox.
- Publish: WhatsApp, phone, contact email and your free address. You can connect your own domain later from "My site."
Requirements
- A verified Multilistado account. If you don't have one, sign up with your license or find your registry profile.
- For a custom domain: a domain registered in your name and access to its registrar dashboard.
Tips
- Use a logo with a transparent background and check the site in mobile view before you publish.
- Make your "About us" specific: the areas you cover, the kind of properties and your years in the business.
- If you already have a site on Wix, WordPress or another platform and don't want to switch, use the IDX widget to show the MLS inside it.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The site, the subdomain and the https certificate are free; if you want your own domain, you only pay the registrar for it.
Can I show other agents' listings?
Yes, with the "Show the whole MLS" checkbox, which is on by default; leads on those listings come to you. We recommend signing a commission agreement with the listing agent.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your nameservers to Multilistado, or add an A record and a verification TXT record, and we turn the site on with https.
Can search engines and AI assistants find my site?
Every listing has its own page with structured data, and the site has a sitemap plus an llms.txt meant for AI assistants.
