How to choose
- Do you need an MLS or a portal? An MLS is for cooperating with other agents and sharing commissions; a portal is for buyers to find you. Read what an MLS is and how it works in Mexico.
- Who can see and list? If you work in a state where a license is mandatory, such as Baja California or BCS, a licensed-only environment gives you more certainty about who you share commissions with.
- Your website and email. Check whether the site lives on your own domain and whether email on that domain is included. See professional email and domain.
- Commissions in writing. Does the tool help you sign the commission agreement with the other agent? See shared commissions between agents.
- They are not exclusive. Many agents combine an MLS with one or two portals. Multilistado generates feeds to publish your listings on portals without re-entering them.
What Multilistado offers for free
For state-licensed or registered agents and agencies: an MLS with unlimited listings, a website with 8 designs on your domain, up to 25 mailboxes on your domain, buyer ID verification before every showing with a log and owner report, e-signed commission agreements with a timestamp, an IDX widget, a social-media kit, CMA and automatic lead follow-up. It is funded by optional ads and add-ons.
Find your registry profile or sign up with your license. If you currently pay for an IDX website, see the comparison with iHomefinder.
