How it works
- Find your name in the registry and claim your profile, or sign up with your license.
- Confirm with a code, a photo of your license and a live selfie.
- Publish your listings and set the commission you offer the buyer's agent.
- Browse other verified agents' inventory.
- Propose a commission agreement when you have a client.
Multilistado is a free MLS for real-estate agents in Mexico who hold a state license or registration. You list a property once, share it with other verified agents and offer a commission to whoever brings the buyer. There are no membership dues, paid plans or ads, and we don't ask for exclusivity: you can stay in your association, other listing networks and the portals you already use.
If you want the background first, read what an MLS is and how it works in Mexico. This page covers what you get on Multilistado and how to start.
What's included
- Unlimited listings with photos, map, features, video and virtual tour.
- Shared inventory among license-verified agents, not just any advertiser.
- Commission offered to the buyer's agent. When you list, you set the percentage or flat amount you'll share, whether it's negotiable and any conditions. Only signed-in verified agents see it: on the listing page, as a badge in search results and through the "commission offered" filter. It never shows to the public, on portals or on websites.
- Agreements signed online. On another agent's listing you click "Propose agreement" and the split is pre-filled with their offer. More in co-broke commission agreements.
- Current inventory. Every 30 days we ask you to re-confirm your listings with one click ("Still available", "Sold", "Rented", "Withdraw"). If you don't, the listing is hidden from search, not deleted.
- Verified closings. You record the closing price and date; the price is shared with other agents only if you allow it, and never on the public listing. That data feeds the owner presentation and CMA.
- Import and distribution. Bring in your inventory from EasyBroker or a CSV file, and get portal feeds, an IDX widget and API.
Only agents verified against the official registry
To list, you need a current license or registration. We verify every account against your state's official registry or by reviewing your license. We import the public registries that state governments publish, such as Baja California's and Baja California Sur's; if your state doesn't publish one, you sign up by uploading your license and we review it by hand.
If you're in a state registry, you probably already have a Multilistado profile with the government's public data (name, license number, expiration and city). You can claim it for free or ask us to remove it from our site.
How to start
- Look yourself up in the agent registry. If you're there, click "Claim my profile."
- Confirm with a code sent to the email or phone on the registry, a photo of your license and a live selfie. The selfie is compared in memory and not stored.
- If you're not listed, create your account with your license or registration type, number and document.
- Publish your listings and set the commission you offer the buyer's agent.
- Browse other agents' inventory and propose agreements when you have a client.
Why it helps
- More inventory for your buyers without having to win every exclusive listing.
- More agents showing your listings, each one seeing the commission before the first showing.
- It sets you apart from unlicensed sellers. Buyers can see the listing belongs to a registry-verified agent.
- Everything in one place: your website, email on your own domain, leads and agreements.
Teams and brokerages
A brokerage invites its agents, assigns roles (owner, manager, agent) and shares listings and leads. Agents without their own license can work under the brokerage's license when the brokerage invites them.
Tips
- Fill in the offered commission on every listing: without one, your listing won't appear when other agents filter by commission.
- Keep your profile complete with photo, phone and WhatsApp; that's what buyers and other agents see.
- Record your closings. They improve your market analyses and everyone else's.
- Before you cooperate, check the other agent's license: how to verify a real-estate agent.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Listing, sharing, your website, your email and agreements are free; there are no paid plans, ads or add-ons.
Do I have to be exclusive to Multilistado?
No. You can stay in your association, other MLSs or listing networks and the portals you already use.
Who can list?
Agents and brokerages with a state license or registration, plus agents working under a brokerage's license when invited. We verify every account against the official registry or by reviewing the license.
Who sees the commission I offer?
Only signed-in verified agents. It never appears to the public, on portals, feeds or websites.
I already have a profile and never signed up. Why?
Because you appear in your state's public registry. You can claim it for free or ask us to remove it from Multilistado.
