A map with the homes for sale in your area

Search homes and condos on one map: listings from verified agents plus, in Baja California, homes on other portals, with price per m² by neighborhood.

Updated

How it works

  1. Go to Search and pick city, sale or rent, type and price.
  2. Move the map: the list updates to the visible area.
  3. In Layers, turn on other portals or price per m² by neighborhood.
  4. Draw a polygon or rectangle to search only there.
  5. Open a listing and tap "I want to see it" to go with a verified agent.

The Multilistado map shows listings from license-verified agents together with, in Baja California, the houses, condos and land for sale that are advertised on other portals. Move the map and the list updates to what's in that area, so you can see what's for sale in a neighborhood without opening five different sites. When one catches your eye, a verified Multilistado agent takes you to see it.

What's on the map

  • Verified listings. Posted by an agent whose state license or registration we checked. Both for sale and for rent.
  • Listings from other portals. In Baja California we add houses, condos and land for sale published on other sites. They show up as gray markers labeled "Other portal · not verified." We only place the ones that come with street-level or exact coordinates, and we round the point to about 100 meters, so the location is always approximate.

Rentals from other portals are not shown; for rent you'll only see verified listings.

How to use it

  1. Go to Search and pick a city, sale or rent, property type, price and bedrooms. The filters also apply to listings from other portals (if you search in pesos, we convert the range to dollars).
  2. Zoom or pan the map. Other-portal listings reload for the visible area and appear in a list below the verified results, sorted from lowest to highest price. For verified listings, tap "Search this area."
  3. Open Layers to turn "Other portals" on or off, see price per m² by neighborhood (only for colonias with 5 or more listings that report square meters), or show only verified listings that are beachfront or near the beach, in a gated community, or land.
  4. If you care about a very specific area, draw a polygon or a rectangle; on a phone you do it with taps.
  5. Tap a marker to see price, bedrooms, bathrooms, m², neighborhood and, when there's enough data, the Multilistado Estimate. "See details" opens the listing page.

The page for an other-portal listing

Opening it keeps you on Multilistado. You get the photos (a copy credited to the original listing), the details, the price history if the price changed, the Multilistado Estimate, neighborhood prices, an approximate location and verified listings nearby.

What you don't get is a link to the original listing or the advertiser's contact details. The point is that you shouldn't have to deal with someone whose license nobody checked: tap "I want to see it" and the request goes to verified agents in that municipality. The first one to accept coordinates the showing with the listing agent. We walk through the process in request a showing with a verified agent.

Why it helps

  • More inventory on one map. You're not relying on the agent having posted the home to the one site you happen to check.
  • Price context. Price per m² by neighborhood and the Multilistado Estimate tell you quickly whether an asking price is high or low for the area.
  • A licensed agent on your side. We don't verify other-portal listings ourselves; the agent who takes your request confirms the details, reviews the paperwork and negotiates for you, at no cost to you.

Tips

  • Treat other-portal data as a starting point: confirm square meters, legal status and price with the agent before you make an offer.
  • If you like an area, save the search as an alert to hear about new verified listings.
  • To look only at prices by area, use the price map.
  • On iPhone you get the same map, with an "Other portals" toggle, in the Multilistado México app.
  • Before working with any agent, you can check their license in the state registry.

Frequently asked questions

Are listings from other portals verified?

No. They're labeled "Other portal · not verified." The verified agent who takes your request confirms the details with you.

Can I contact the original advertiser directly?

Multilistado doesn't show the original listing or the advertiser. You tap "I want to see it" and a license-verified agent arranges the showing for you.

Does the map include rentals?

Yes, rentals posted by verified agents. Other-portal listings are for sale only and only in Baja California.

Why is the location approximate?

We round the point to about 100 meters and only place listings with street-level or exact coordinates. The agent confirms the exact address.

Does it cost anything to use the map or request a showing?

No. Searching is free and requesting a showing with a verified agent costs you nothing.
