How it works
- Download Multilistado México from the App Store.
- Search in Explore or on the Map, no account needed.
- Sign in with Apple or a code to save favorites and alerts.
- Verify your ID once and request showings from the listing.
Multilistado México is the free iPhone app for searching homes, condos and land for sale or rent listed by license-verified agents. It has a map, favorites with notes, new-listing alerts and tracking for your showings, all tied to your account and synced with multilistado.mx. It works in Spanish and English and requires iOS 17 or later.
What you can do in the app
The app has five tabs:
- Explore. Search by text or with "Near me," and filter by buy or rent, property type, price in pesos or dollars (we convert at the day's exchange rate), bedrooms, bathrooms, minimum built area, and listings with a 3D tour or video. Sort by newest, price or relevance.
- Map. Move the map and tap "Search this area." The "Other portals" button shows, in gray, houses and condos for sale published on other sites; the list below follows what's on screen. From there you can also reach "What's my home worth?", the price map and prices by neighborhood. The details are in map of homes for sale.
- Favorites. Tap the heart to save a listing. You can add notes only you can see and share the link.
- Alerts. Save a search and choose how often you want to hear about it (instantly, once a day or once a week) and how: iPhone notification, email or both. More in property alerts.
- Account. Your profile, your ID verification, My showings, My visit requests, the language for emails and notifications, and the option to delete your account.
On a listing
For verified listings you get photos, description, details, a 3D walkthrough, video and floor plan when the agent added them, a flag if the price dropped, the Multilistado Estimate and the approximate area. You can message the agent, call or WhatsApp them, and book a showing by suggesting up to 3 times. So the agent can confirm, we ask for a phone number confirmed with an SMS code.
For other-portal listings you tap "I want to see it": up to 3 verified agents in the area receive your request and the first to accept helps you. You follow the progress under Account → My visit requests. We explain the process in request a showing with a verified agent.
Getting started
- Download Multilistado México from the App Store.
- Browse without an account. To save favorites, create alerts or request showings, sign in with Apple or with a code sent by email or SMS.
- If you plan to visit homes, verify your ID once under Account → ID. It takes about 2 minutes and is valid for 12 months with any agent.
- Create an alert from Explore, or from the map with "Notify me."
Privacy and safety
- The app only asks for notification permission when you create an alert with iPhone notifications, not when you open it.
- "Near me" uses your location only while you're using the app, and only if you allow it.
- Your contact details reach an agent only when you message them or request a showing.
- Every showing requires a verified ID; the owner never sees your ID. More in verified buyers.
- You can delete your account from Account: your favorites, alerts, notes and showing requests are erased.
Tips
- Turn on notifications for the alerts you care about most and keep the rest as a daily or weekly email.
- Use notes in Favorites to jot down what you saw at each showing.
- If a listing looks misleading, use "Report this listing."

Does the app cost anything?
No, Multilistado México is free on the App Store.
What are the gray listings on the map?
Houses and condos for sale published on other portals, which we don't verify. If one interests you, tap "I want to see it" and a verified agent helps you.
Do my favorites and alerts show up on the website too?
Yes, they're stored in your account and shared between the app and multilistado.mx.
Do I need an account to search?
No. You only need an account for favorites, alerts and showings.
What languages is it in?
Spanish and English. You change the app language in iPhone Settings and the email language under Account.
