It is iHomefinder's real advantage: it displays OmniMLS listings on your site via IDX. Multilistado is its own, independent MLS: your site shows your listings and, if you turn it on, the whole Multilistado inventory, and leads on those listings come to you. Each agent brings their inventory (import from EasyBroker or CSV) and shares listings with other agents through signed commission agreements. Today we do not display OmniMLS inventory on your site. If you need it, you can keep your IDX and use Multilistado for everything else: they are not mutually exclusive.
We want to professionalize the market: more deals with licensed agents and commissions that actually get paid. The platform is funded by optional ads and add-ons (for example, featuring a listing or a NOM-151 certificate). The essentials — listing, sharing, your site, your email, agreements and buyer verification — are free, and the project is open source.
No. You can use both. If you decide to switch, first publish your Multilistado site on the free subdomain, check everything, point your domain, and only then cancel. According to the OmniMLS store, its plans are paid month to month with no long-term commitment; check the terms of your own account.
Before cancelling any service, download a copy of your contacts. On Multilistado new leads arrive in your inbox with stages, notes and reminders, and you can export them to CSV whenever you like.
When you switch nameservers, new mail arrives at Multilistado. We warn you first so you can create the same mailboxes and keep a copy of your old mail. If you prefer to keep your current email provider, you can connect only your website.
On their public pages we did not find buyer ID verification before showings, a showing log with an owner report, agent verification against the official registry, e-signed commission agreements, mailbox hosting on your domain or a CMA. On Multilistado all of that is free. If any of this changes, write to us and we will correct the comparison.
Yes. You keep ownership of your listings and photos, can export everything at any time and delete your account. We comply with Mexico's LFPDPPP and handle ARCO requests.
