The buyer sees a privacy notice and gives express consent (Mexican LFPDPPP). We keep the ID image, one selfie photo, the verification time and the INE registry result for 24 months. Only the agent they asked for the showing sees them, and every view is logged. The owner only sees first name and initial, with the buyer's consent.
No. Every showing requested through Multilistado requires a verified buyer. That is what makes it valuable: you, the owner and the buyer know no one enters without being identified. Plain information requests stay open.
Yes. Besides the INE, we accept a passport from any country, a driver's license from Mexico, the US or Canada, a US state ID, a Canadian provincial ID and a Mexican residence card. The verification page is in Spanish and English, ideal for buyers from the US and Canada.
Yes. Your white-label site with your brand and domain uses the same flow: the client suggests times, verifies, and the request comes to you. It also works in your client collections.
Those too. To request access to another agent's listing, the buyer must be verified; if they are not yet, you send them a link and the request reaches the listing agent as soon as they verify, with their verified name.
