The AI works from the details you entered and up to 6 of the listing's photos, sticks to facts, and flags any number that doesn't match your data. Nothing is saved automatically: you review it and decide what to use. It's free for agents with a verified license.

## What it writes

**Write full listing** gives you:

- **A title in Spanish and English,** up to 70 characters, with the property type, a key feature and the neighborhood or city. The AI avoids titles already used on the MLS for the same city and property type.
- **A description in Spanish and English.** The English version is a natural adaptation in US English, not a word-for-word translation.
- **Highlights** in both languages, 4 to 6 bullet points, facts only.
- **A WhatsApp message** a few lines long, ready to send to your contacts.
- **Instagram and Facebook copy** with hashtags for the city, property type and deal type.

There are also two options for when you've already written something:

- **Improve my description:** tightens and corrects your text while keeping your facts.
- **Translate to English:** converts your title and description to English without adding anything.

You choose the **tone** (professional, warm, luxury or investor) and the **length** (short, medium or long).

## How it protects your facts

- **Facts only.** The AI is instructed to use only what you entered and what's clearly visible in the photos. If a detail is missing, it leaves it out instead of guessing.
- **Number check.** When it's done, the system compares bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spaces, floors, square meters, year built and price against your data and warns you about any mismatch.
- **No overselling.** If your features say "ocean view," it flags any "oceanfront" that sneaks in.
- **Discriminatory language.** It flags phrases that exclude or prefer a type of buyer, like "perfect for young couples."
- **Address.** If you chose not to show the exact address, it warns you if it appears in the text.

The AI can make mistakes, and the listing is your responsibility: read everything before you use it.

## How it works

1. In the portal, open the listing form (new or existing) and tap **✨ Write with AI**.
2. Pick a tone and length.
3. Tap **Write full listing**, **Improve my description** or **Translate to English**.
4. Review the copy and any warnings. You can edit each draft right there before using it.
5. Tap **Use** to drop text into the listing field (highlights are appended to the end of the description) or **Copy** to paste it into WhatsApp or social media, then save your changes.

It works from the form's current values, even unsaved ones. On a new listing, photos are uploaded after you create it; run the assistant again then so it can take them into account.

- **Fill in the form first.** The more details and features you enter, the more specific the copy.
