# Free iPhone app for real estate agents

**Multilistado México Agentes** is a free iPhone app that lets you produce everything a listing needs while you're still at the property: **photos, a walkthrough video, a LiDAR floor plan and a walkable 3D tour**. You capture with your phone, the app uploads in the background to your listing on multilistado.mx, and our server builds the finished pieces. It's free for agents with a verified license.

## What's in the app

The app has five tabs: **Home, Scan, Video, 3D Tour and Portal**.

- **Photos.** Pick up to 40 photos at once from your camera roll, or shoot them on the spot. They're optimized and uploaded to the listing you choose. In the portal you reorder them, set the cover and, if you like, [enhance them with one tap](/funciones/mejorar-fotos-inmobiliarias) or [virtually stage an empty room](/funciones/amueblado-virtual-con-ia).
- **Walkthrough video.** Record one short clip per room and the server assembles a stabilized video with room names, transitions, an opening card and a closing card with your contact info. See [property walkthrough video](/funciones/video-recorrido-de-propiedad).
- **LiDAR floor plan.** On an iPhone 12 Pro or newer Pro model, walk the home and get a measured floor plan, interior square meters and a 3D model with a "View in AR" button. See [LiDAR floor plan](/funciones/plano-con-lidar).

- **Portal.** The full multilistado.mx portal inside the app, so you can edit the listing and check your videos and tours without switching apps.

## How it works

1. Download the app, tap **Sign in** and log in with your email and password (or a code). Tap **Authorize this iPhone**.
2. In each tab, tap **Choose the listing** and search by title, city or ID. If the listing doesn't exist yet, create a **New listing (draft)** and finish it later.
3. Capture what you need: photos, video clips, a scan or tour points.
4. Move on with your day. Uploads keep running in the background.
5. Review the results in the **Portal** tab and publish.

## Uploads that don't get lost

The app uploads files in chunks, in the background. If you close the app, lose signal in a gated community or drive to your next showing, the transfer picks up again when you're back online. No standing in the seller's living room watching a progress bar.

## Why it helps you sell or rent

- **Fuller listings.** Buyers see the layout, approximate measurements and a walkthrough before they ask for a showing. They arrive knowing what to expect, and you spend less time showing to people who were never serious.

## Practice first

Each tool has a practice mode. Practice recordings aren't uploaded; a practice scan stays on your iPhone and never touches a listing; a practice tour point is private and deleted from the server after 7 days. Try it at home or at the office before your first real listing appointment.

## Privacy

For 3D tours, **Blur faces automatically** is on by default and blurs faces on the iPhone before anything is uploaded. Walkthrough videos have their audio and location data stripped. Still, put away family photos, documents and valuables before you shoot, and get the owner's permission.

- An iPhone running iOS 17 or later.
- For LiDAR scanning: iPhone 12 Pro or a newer Pro model. Photos, video and 3D tours work on any iPhone with iOS 17.
- Optional: a 360 camera and a tripod for higher-quality tours.

## How it works, step by step
1. Download Multilistado México Agentes from the App Store and sign in with your agent account.
2. Choose the listing or create a new draft.
3. Capture photos, a walkthrough video, a LiDAR scan or a 3D tour.
4. The app uploads everything in the background, even if you lose signal.
5. Review the results in the Portal tab and publish.

## FAQ
### Does the app cost anything?
No. It's free for agents with a verified license on Multilistado, and so are the videos, plans and tours it produces.

### Which iPhone do I need?
Any iPhone running iOS 17 or later handles photos, video and 3D tours. The LiDAR floor plan needs an iPhone 12 Pro or a newer Pro model.

### What if I lose signal at the property?
Uploads are queued and resume on their own in the background once you're back online, even if you close the app.

### Can I use Multilistado without an iPhone?
Yes. In the web portal you can upload photos, walkthrough clips shot on any phone and 360° photos from your camera; LiDAR scanning and the phone-only tour need the iPhone app.

### Do I need an account before downloading?
Yes, you need a multilistado.mx agent account with a verified license to capture and upload. If verification is pending, the app tells you.
